The company was formerly known as the Hydraulic Machinery Factory of Shandong Linyi Water Conservancy Engineering Corporation and Linyi Ansheng Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall Decoration Co., LTD. It was restructured into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linyi Water Conservancy Group on October 19, 2022.
